Panasonic DMR-E50 DVD recorder. Paid about $500 for this several years ago. Came in very handy as I played old home movies that were on VHS tapes. As the movies played on the TV from the VHS tape, I recorded them on this at the same time. Then I had my movies stored on disc in addition to VHS tapes (which are fragile).
