This sofa has been in the family for many years, but hardly used. You can see that it is meticulous as my grandparents were sticklers for taking care of things. They have a xxxx Wheel Horse lawn mowing riding tracker that still works just fine to give you an idea on how well they took care of things.
The sofa also goes back to the early 60's, so it's an antique and definitely "retro."
The sofa material close up shows NO WEAR... it's rugged... very durable!
The frame is sturdy as they come and still has a lot of shelf life in it.
