3br, Looking for Rent-To-Own Enfield, CT in Hartford, Connecticut For Sale

Hello,
Due to being Self Employed, I must wait until January xxxx to be approved for a Loan to purchase a Home. My 8 year old son & I are ready to get settled into a Home. We want our own Yard, Privacy and to get settled in for good. We currently rent a Condo and are paying as much as a mortgage. There has got to be someone out there looking to sell their Home and willing to accept a Rent-To-Own Agreement. I make plenty of Cash, just need to wait to be approved until xxxx. I am looking to settle in somewhere before April xxxx. Not looking for anything in or near Thompsonville area of Enfield.
We currently rent near Scitico Area and are Happy in this section of town.
