Job Description:/h3:
The Corporate Quality Systems Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and improving a global Quality Management System (QMS) which supports the Operational Quality Systems at all plants, purchasing, corporate operations, sales and engineering pertaining to ISO/TS:xxxx9. Based out of our Executive Offices, this position also manages third party registrars, directly manages corporate certification and indirectly manages operational certifications.
KEY TASKS
* Design, implement, maintain and improve the Corporate QMS under the direction of the leadership and with consensus of the operational teams.
* Control the set:up, application, maintenance, and improvement of quality management systems of the company
* Advise and support the implementation of QMS for each facility using the Corporate QMS framework.
* Organize, perform and monitor internal audits and monitor corrective and preventive actions
* Supervise QMS corrective and preventive actions at all units
* Develop and manage activities of a ISO/TS QMS committee (consensus approach to system development)
* Planning and implementation of a management review
* Responsible for defining KPI for company quality management system effectiveness.
* Responsible for collecting and preparing QMS effectiveness reporting to Stakeholders
* Own the Document control and Record Management shared framework
* Maintain a company:wide quality calendar for critical events
* Develop and deliver key element quality system tool training through the organization
KEY COMPETENCIES

Advanced/Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Hands:on approach to problem solving and analysis
* Excellent Analytical Skills
* Training and presentation of material skills to all levels of the organization
