Sanding old wood, finish w/3 coats oil base poly starting at 1.30 sq. ft.
Prefinished installations starting at 1.50 sq. ft.
Repairs, borders, and medallions ...prices on request
Minimum charge of 500 sq. ft. on all refinishing and installations.
Minimum labor charge is 600.00
