Real Estate Acquisition Associate
Hamilton Point Investments seeks an Associate to assist with the company's multifamily and commercial real estate acquisitions. The role involves sourcing and underwriting investment property, including completing market and property due diligence through the closing. Ideal candidate would have one to three years of experience in commercial real estate ideally having worked in commercial real estate brokerage, banking, appraising or investing. Strong spreadsheet capabilities required. Experience with Yardi and Argus software systems a plus. Some administrative work required.
Position is at the company's headquarters in Old Lyme, CT and reports to two managing partners. Company currently owns and manages $200 million of investment property.
