Job Description
Full time maintenance technician job for 500+ unit apartment complex, located about 10 miles from Hartford. 40+ hours per week with overtime and other benefits. Scope of work includes service calls, turnover work in units, painting, snow cleaning, light construction work, 24-7 on-call once every 3 weeks, and any other work necessary to complete the job. Looking for skilled worker who has experience with plumbing, electrical, light carpentry(or more), and other skills required to perform maintenance work. 12 months of work per year.
