Position:Responsible for sales growth attributed to Company's Facilities Division business located in Connecticut and Services Division work in the New York metropolitan area. Primary focus will be sales and marketing related to add new accounts and retain existing accounts that generate commodities for incineration or treatment at the Division facilities. Will also pursue sales opportunities within the local NYC/NJ metropolitan area to increase market penetration specifically in the area of digester cleanout and dewatering services. Knowledge and experience with rail sales and/or project management serving the construction, infrastructure and commercial segments of the market. Capable of prospecting, developing proposals and closing sales opportunities in a timely manner and on a consistent basis. "Candidates can live in CT or NY Metro"                                                                                                           Requirements;   •Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills (Presentation Skills, Listening Skills) •Building effective teams: Ability to lead a project team and coordinate multiple disciplines •Priority Setting, organizing, and timely decision making. •Action oriented and driven for results. •Ability to understand project financial drivers and proformas •Business Ally: knows the business, our customers, how we make money, our products, services, etc. •Ability to understand regulations governing offerings. •Ethics, values and integrity. QUALIFICATIONS: •Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or Finance. •5+ years experience in Sales or Project or Business and sales experience in biosolids/residuals management, wastewater treatment or other environmental related services. •Consistent Travel within the geographical territory required.         Compensation:       Competitive base salary, 80-85K, + commissions + expenses + car Offers an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, life, disability, FSA and 401(k).
