Hamilton Point Investments seeks an Associate to assist with the company's multifamily apartment asset management. The role involves assisting company head of asset management and company controller with all aspects of the oversight of 22 investment properties totaling 4,000 apartment units and 80 property-level employees. Includes oversight of human resources, property financial reporting, and administrative oversight/office management for the company headquarters and administrative assistance to the company's two managing principals. Ideal candidate would have one to two years of experience in commercial real estate, ideally in property or asset management. Experience with Yardi software system a plus.
Position is at the company's headquarters in Old Lyme, CT. Company currently owns and manages $200 Million of investment property.
