This consultant will have direct involvement in developing solutions, creating opportunities and leading delivery of projects in the retail industry. The Associate Partner will assist clients in identifying the types of solutions that will improve the client's market share, reduce costs or improve customer service. This AP will be responsible for establishing and managing client relationships as well as providing hands-on leadership, direction, and mentoring to the team. This individual will also assist in the growth and development of the practice and will maintain focused relationships with clients and partners to scope, solution, propose, close and deliver custom application development projects. This role will participate in pre-sales activities, assessments and the delivery of the solution. Other responsibilities will include: business case development, project and program management, business development and proposal writing and management. Since the majority of our consulting work is done at our client sites, this position requires 4-5 days of travel per week and willingness to travel extensively in various parts of the world.
