Job Description
Our local HomeVestors office is looking for one highly talented applicant to fill our "Buyer Specialist" position right herein Connecticut.
Responsibilities Include:
- Meeting with prospective home sellers to evaluate their needs
- Establish the after repaired value of their home based on the data provided by our office
- Estimate the repairs costs using HomeVestors proprietary application
- Present offer to purchase on behalf of our office.
- Maintain contact with seller lead database
- Self generate seller leads beyond those provided by our office through proactive prospecting
Qualified Applicants will:
- Be highly goal oriented
- Have a NEVER QUIT attitude
- Have successful sales experience OR a college degree
- Look and behave professionally
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to work full-time including some evenings and weekends
- Be extremely motivated,
- Be willing to "office" out of our Simsbury location and be willing to travel all over the CT area to meet with customers and review properties
- Be willing to make a full time commitment to this full time earnings opportunity
You will be provided with office space, computer and supplies, as well as all of the training and tools needed to be successful.
