As a commercial real estate agent you will use excellent prospecting, sales, follow:up and closing skills to achieve potentially unlimited financial goals. We offer an exceptional compensation plan for our commission sales agents... a six figure income is common in an agent's first few years. Typical responsibilities include: Procuring and following up on sales leads Guiding and advising prospective clients throughout the sales/leasing process Touring prospective buyers/tenants throughout the community Education/Experience A bachelor degree or higher is preferred. Candidates should have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. A real estate license is not needed for an interview but would be required to join the team.
