The primary objective of this group is to provide Sales, Solutioning and Delivery Excellence support to S&T teams in North America, Europe and Growth Markets. This role requires Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in several of the following technology capabilities: - e-Commerce platforms - Contact center solutions - Enterprise marketing management platforms - Advanced analytical and data warehouse solutions - Web analytics solutions - User testing and sampling tools - Order management and fulfillment tools This role also involves the following: Sales & Proposal Management: Establishes project vision and objectives with the client. Leads the proposal team through the development of project scope and approach to solution the client's issue. Understands and abides by the quality assurance guidelines. Can draft and review responses to Requests for Information (RFI), responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP), IBM contracts, and IBM Statements of Work. Project Delivery Tasks: Performs quality review of major project deliverables. Leads work sessions and deliverable presentations with client CXO members. Identifies and secures new and follow on work. Knowledge Management: Ensures the use and collection of intellectual capital on the engagement. People Management: Mentors junior consultants, engagement managers and other relatively junior delivery consultants on the proposal and/or delivery teams as appropriate. Relationship Management: Sells consulting engagements to CXO level clients. Develops relationships with client executives at the CXO level. Possesses a strong executive presence with the ability to establish credibility in the first client meeting. Competency: Recognized as an expert in their competency and/or specific offerings. S&T Community: Participates in and/or is responsible for the creation, harvesting, protection and reuse of IBM's intellectual capital. Required * Bachelor's Degree * At least 5 years experience in interacting with organizations that have an e-Commerce presence. * At least 5 years experience in interacting with clients in growth markets. * At least 5 years experience in internal or external consulting services. * At least 5 years experience in selling e-Commerce strategy and roadmap solutions to Direct-to-Consumer organizations. * At least 5 years experience in e-Commerce, multi-channel, integrated marketing and/or social/mobile strategy. * At least 5 years experience in working with clients to transform their enterprise marketing, channel strategy and tactics. * At least 5 years experience in creating value chain strategies to help clients gain visibility into their supply chain. * At least 5 years experience in assisting clients with reducing costs through procurement transformation and supplier integration. * At least 5 years experience in creating benefit/value realization for large transformational projects. * At least 5 years experience in leadership across all phases of large complex engagements, including functional, international or cross-organizational teams. * Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements) * English: Fluent Preferred * Master's Degree * At least 8 years experience in interacting with organizations that have an e-Commerce presence. * At least 8 years experience in interacting with clients in growth markets. * At least 8 years experience in internal or external consulting services. * At least 8 years experience in selling e-Commerce strategy and roadmap solutions to Direct-to-Consumer organizations. * At least 8 years experience in e-Commerce, multi-channel, integrated marketing and/or social/mobile strategy. * At least 8 years experience in working with clients to transform their enterprise marketing, channel strategy and tactics. * At least 8 years experience in creating value chain strategies to help clients gain visibility into their supply chain. * At least 8 years experience in assisting clients with reducing costs through procurement transformation and supplier integration. * At least 8 years experience in creating benefit/value realization for large transformational projects. * At least 10 years experience in leadership across all phases of large complex engagements, including functional, international or cross-organizational teams.
