JOB DESCRIPTION: Leading Property Management Company seeks a Property Administrator to provide administrative supportive services in the overall management of a large office building located in Farmington, CT. This high-visibility role requires strong communication, organizational, writing, analytical and collaboration skills. Reporting directly to the Property Manager, the Property Administrator will be a member of a high-performing management team with administrative, accounting and operational responsibilities. This position serves as a point of contact in facilitating administrative tasks among on-site maintenance personnel, tenants, and vendors. Responsibilities include maintaining the real estate administration database, utility logs, abstracting tenant leases, reconciling operating expenses, preparing rent statements and various reports.
