Our client, a large insurance company, is seeking an Insurance Sales representative.This position would require 20-30 calls per day that pertain to quotes on auto and home insuranceSome leads are provided but reps are also required to develop their own book of business based off traditional means like prospecting, referrals etc.On average, reps will open 25-30 new policies per month, 1-2 of which will be life insurance.To be qualified for this role, candidates must have:Licensed P&C Agent (Property & Casualty)1-2 years experience minimum in the insurance industry as a sales repExtremely sales driven and motivated to close dealsProfessional and detail-orientedAgency Management System experience is a huge plus, but not requiredAfter going permanent with the client, all agents will work off of a $36,000 or 3K/month draw over the span of two years.
