Typical responsibilities include:
Prospecting for and following up on sales leads
Guiding and advising prospective clients throughout the sales/leasing process
Touring prospective buyers/tenants throughout the community

We offer an exceptional compensation plan for our commissioned sales agents a six figure income is common in an agent s first few years.
Education/Experience
A bachelor degree or higher is preferred. Candidates should have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. A real estate license is not needed for an interview but would be required to join the team.
Special consideration will be given to those individuals with:
Commissioned outside sales experience
Business ownership experience
Real estate or financial experience
U.S. Military Service
Commercial real estate experience is a plus but not necessary. We will train the right candidates.
