As we continue to grow we are looking for the right person to lead and motivate our well established sales teams. Must have a Connecticut real estate license (or willing to get as soon as possible) and previous experience in managing and motivating real estate sales people. RESPONSIBLITIES:Leadership and Management: Responsible for day to day operations, including the support and supervision of agents and administrative staff for office(s).Prospecting and Recruitment: Attracting and recruiting new agents to the company. Responsible for marketing the brokerage, properties and agents in the community.Office Management: Responsible for all office meetings, training and implementation of projects that increase sales and customer service.Project Implementation: Spearhead and participate in new projects.Pending to Closing Process: Responsible for management of staff and all aspects of the closing process.
