Job Description
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have an understanding of the residential real estate eviction process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
Extensive paralegal experience and a knowledge of the residential real estate eviction process is required.
Excellent Microsoft Word skills needed to prepare loan documents using. Ability to interact and manage data related to client websites.
Prepares documents and correspondence of legal nature.
A knowledge of title policies and title searches and the eviction process within the state of Connecticut is a plus.
Performs other clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, providing information to callers, composing and typing routine correspondence, and reading and routing incoming mail.

Educational & Skill Requirements
Skills
Microsoft Word skills and other popular software applications. Experienced real estate paralegal with residential loan documentation knowledge.
Education and/or Experience
Three (3) years or more of residential real estate eviction experience. An undergraduate degree in a related field and/or paralegal certificate is helpful but is not required.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as legal and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with clients or employees of an organization.
