Duties include ELA contract support (data assimilation, price checking, deal construction assistance), quoting, order management, entitlement research, special bids, customer sat (CVAT) management, customer assistance with Passport Advantage including entitlement questions/research, and participation in regularly scheduled customer management calls. Opportunity management via Siebel is also required, including opportunity creation and progression, and knowledge of requirements for proper flow to ASFT. Ability to manage multi-project deadlines under tight time lines is required.
