In addition, the AP will assist S&T Practice Teams to create proposals that align with the client's value chain and its strategic and profitability objectives. The AP will assist in identifying and delivering a step-change in financial and operational performance for IBM clients. The AP will possess a blend of general business and IT Strategy competencies that provide a versatile background to IT Executives and client teams. IT Strategy, IT Transformation, Application Portfolio Prioritization, IT Performance, and IT Innovation are key offerings this individual would help deliver and continue to strengthen for IBM from a commercial perspective. In addition, the AP may assist S&T Practice Leaders to create proposals that align with the client's value chain and its strategic and profitability objectives. The AP will create proposals that provide a flexible framework to create sustainable profit improvements, helps clients design and implement a high-performance IT organization, and achieve operational excellence by adapting best-in-class IT infrastructure. Required * Bachelor's Degree * At least 5 years experience in Technology Strategy Consulting using methodologies and frameworks, via a consulting firm or professional services organization. * At least 5 years experience in some/most of the following: IT Strategy, IT Operating Model Design, IT Organization Change, IT Governance, Enterprise Architecture, IT Performance Management and/or IT Cost Reduction. * At least 5 years experience in leading and managing projects that deliver complex IT Strategy and initiatives with tangible results, working across organizational boundaries, and interfacing with senior client executives. * At least 5 years experience in the understanding of key technology trends and their impact on the client's business. * At least 5 years experience in designing complex engagement approaches, utilizing standard methodologies and tools. * At least 5 years experience in leading or assisting in consulting sales activities related to Technology Strategy and IT Performance Management engagements to CXO level clients. * At least 4 years experience in leading and managing deal teams in the development of consulting proposals, Statements of Work, pricing and other contractual elements of consulting engagements. * Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements) * English: Fluent Preferred * Master's Degree * At least 10 years experience in Technology Strategy Consulting using methodologies and frameworks, via a consulting firm or professional services organization. * At least 10 years experience in some/most of the following: IT Strategy, IT Operating Model Design, IT Organization Change, IT Governance, Enterprise Architecture, IT Performance Management and/or IT Cost Reduction. * At least 10 years experience in leading and managing projects that deliver complex IT Strategy and initiatives with tangible results, working across organizational boundaries, and interfacing with senior client executives. * At least 10 years experience in the understanding of key technology trends and their impact on the client's business. * At least 10 years experience in designing complex engagement approaches, utilizing standard methodologies and tools. * At least 10 years experience in leading or assisting in consulting sales activities related to Technology Strategy and IT Performance Management engagements to CXO level clients. * At least 6 years experience in leading and managing deal teams in the development of consulting proposals, Statements of Work, pricing and other contractual elements of consulting engagements.
