xxxx020 - Job Summary: Develop and acquire sales for Oasis, with new and existing customers. Gather customer market and product data, develop sales plans, expanding current accounts, establish new customers, and work with current customers to resolve issues. Diversify into new markets and increase sales in the assigned region. Work with internal functional areas such as accounting and customer service to ensure solid customer base and timely delivery of product. Essential Job Functions: Drives sales in the assigned region by establishing new accounts, building relationships and growing business with existing accounts Develop strategic business partnerships; create and negotiate long term business relationships Seek, create and develop new business opportunities in assigned region to increase sales Ensure current customer needs are met, and troubleshoot issues reported. Provide the liaison relationship between internal company departments and the customer for handling complaints and problems Participate in sales forecasting and strategic planning; research, develop, and maintain long and short range sales plans Working knowledge of company products and understand the customer and their product needs Effectively communicate and champion Oasis goals and values to reps and distributors Experience driving sales through independent rep agencies, managing commercial job quotes and a strong relationship with engineers to specify products, Job Requirements: At least 5 years’ experience with outside sales experience with Reps and Distributors Highly motivated individual and results-driven Strong business acumen Innovative/out-of-the-box thinking Interpersonal savvy with exception integrity along with a competitive “winning” attitude Knowledge of effective sales technique Solid verbal and written communication skills; ability to give effective presentations and be understood by internal and external interfaces Good planning and organization skills; self-starter with solid problem solving ability Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, JDEdwards a plus but not required Ability to travel as required Bachelors degree preferred but will consider experience in lieu of degree
