Territory Sales Manager-HVAC Distribution in Hartford, Connecticut For Sale

xxxx066 - The position is for a Territory Sales Manager in our HVACR Distribution business.  Responsibilities include: Achieving maximum profitable sales in assigned territory (ME, MA, CT, NY, NH, VT, RI) Maintaining and developing customer contacts and relationships, and effectively promoting Regal HVACR replacement motor brands. Initial assignment would be coordinating efforts with a strategic account focused on the retrofit segment of the HVACR market. Almost exclusive commitment to this project for the first several months., Bachelor's Degree in business or related technical field 3 years selling or related experience preferably in a distribution related market, Basic knowledge of HVACR markets and distribution channels, ability to work unsupervised, disciplined and self motivated with a strong desire to succeed, willingness to travel as necessary to cover assigned territory.
