2br Professional Female Looking for Tidy and Respectable Roommate Female Preferred in Hartford, Connecticut For Sale

I am a 29 year old female working in the non-profit world looking for a clean and respectful roommate. The condo has two bedrooms-one of which is vacant, one bathroom and is mostly furnished (couches, dining room table, kitchen appliances and washer/dryer). It is located on the Manchester/South Windsor line and a five minute drive to Evergreen Walk, Buckland Mall, Target, Highway 84 & 291, etc. Rent is $550 plus utilities. Utilities include internet, hot water, heat, A/C and electricity, which would be split 50/50. I work a lot of weekends and overtime in the summer so I am not around certain times of the year. On my time off, I like to explore New England and travel often. I also enjoy reading, hiking and hanging with friends. I am looking for a one year lease from Sept 1 xxxx- Aug 31 xxxx.
