I currently rent the 2nd apartment (2nd floor of house) with a friend. She wil be moving out at the end of August, so I am looking for a new roommate! Our apartment has a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 extra storage room, living room, and bathroom. All of the rooms have hardwood floors except for the storage room. The garden is pretty big, and there is tons of outdoor room for cars. Also, the garage is used by us and our neighbours on the 1st floor for extra storage (bikes, car oil, etc). It's about a 3 minute drive into the center of Glastonbury, about a 1 minute drive from stop and shop /liquor store and there is a park about a mile down the street (if you're into hiking, trail running, biking etc). The upper part of the house gets a little warm, but installation of an AC unit is always an option. We've been pretty fine with fans though!
