Respond to and resolve inquiries in all areas of benefits, including healthcare, disability, worker's comp and retirement plans. Participate in open enrollment. Process all enrollments and changes. REQUIREMENTS: BA/BS required. Seek 2+ years of employee benefits experience, preferably in a large company. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team player
