Job SummaryThe Information Delivery team is responsible for supporting the information needs within Personal Insurance. Positions within this family design and develop information for strategic, planning, operational and analytical purposes in support of decision making by the business. This position performs accountabilities under general supervision and is an intermediate level role, requiring some previous Information Delivery experience. This job does not lead others and incumbents have some discretion to perform work accountabilities.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
:Design, develop, automate, compile, and prepare reports, self:service tools, ad:hoc capabilities, dashboards, cubes, etc.- Contributes to solution design by analyzing the requirements.
- Contributes to implementation of strategic plan for Information Delivery.
- Familiarity with an agile development life cycle.
:History of integrating disparate data sources.
:Define, plan and execute unit and integration testing ensuring that it meets business needs.
:Understands the importance of documentation and participates in the documentation for all assigned deliverables. - Responsible for being the expert on the use of products and tools they are assigned.
- Provides input on root:cause analysis of production defects and schedule for correction as needed.
- Identifies and informs data management of new sources and attributes for their governance and participates in data quality initiatives.
- Develops project timelines and plans for assigned projects.
:Responsible for overseeing and consulting with IT to develop solutions on assignments.
:Contributes to implementation of strategic plan for Information Delivery.
:Continues to expand knowledge of broader range of Business Intelligence products and tools.

Education, Work Experience and KnowledgeBachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, mathematics, finance, statistics, or related field preferred.
- Typically has a minimum of 2:4 years' experience in Information Delivery or related experience.
- Previous experience leading others preferred.
- 2+ years working with programming languages specific to function supported.
- 2+ years working with analytic tools/models.
- 2+ years of knowledge and experience using SQL against multiple data sources.
- General knowledge of Information Delivery practices and processes.
- Previous experience in MicroS
