JOB PURPOSE
Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for the sale of musical instruments and related accessories to KMC Music dealers.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
· Making outbound phone sales solicitations to established list of customers
· Answering direct inbound phone calls from the same list of established customers
· Managing customer list jointly with in-field sales partners (District Sales Managers)
· Entering customer orders in to the computer system
· Meeting all sales goals including overall territory forecast, focus product group sales, and phone call quantities/duration
· Enhancing relationship between customers and the company
· Maintaining and building customer records in Outlook Contact Manager
· Developing monthly call plan
· Enhancing brand exposure through selling the company?s priorities
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
· Proficiency in music making and broad musical instrument product knowledge
· Proficiency with Windows based computer usage including Outlook, Excel, Word and Powepoint
· Ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment while prioritizing and managing time well
· Bachelor of Arts or Science preferred
· Prior sales and telemarketing experience preferred, especially in music industry
· Bilingualism (Spanish and English) is an asset
