Experienced Automotive Service Advisor Our Company is currently seeking a professional, experienced, and proven Automotive Service Advisor/ Writer to join our team. Only elite candidates will be considered for this position. Must have a proven track record selling service to automotive customers and developing relationships with new and existing customers. We are looking for a self-motivated person to assist in the daily operations of a busy automotive service department. That means building loyalty and trust and creating an overall positive experience. Excellent customer service is an absolute must! This is a fast pace position. The successful candidate will have customer service / scheduling experience. Automotive experience and automotive experience is a plus, but we will train the right person. Use active listening to engage and understand the customer's vehicle issues and concerns, create accurate Repair Order. Create repair order and communicate vehicle needs clearly to technician. Communicate vehicle diagnoses and maintenance needs to customer. Advise and sell needed work. Follow up on vehicles throughout the repair process, keeping customer updated. Interact with customers, vendors, and technicians in a professional manner at all times. Return calls of customers who are interested in setting up new appointments. Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information. Job Requirements 3 years of a solid and stable work history in a customer service environment Superior customer service skills Outstanding communication skills Professional appearance and work ethic Great attitude with a high-energy personality Ability to multi-task Automotive experience preferred Must be energetic, career minded & have great customer service skills. Strong automotive knowledge and experience required. Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds preferred.
