NRA Basic Handgun Course
This course is required by most states, including Connecticut, in order to apply for a permit to carry a handgun.  The class includes the NRA basic pistol package, guide book and NRA certificate needed for the CT pistol permit application.

•  Rules of Safe Handling
•  Range Safety
•  Pistol and Revolver Components and Function
•  Ammunition Components and Function
•  Proper Operation of Pistols and Revolvers
•  Cleaning and Storing of Firearms
•  Proper Fundamentals of Accurate Shooting
•  Review of the Permit Application Process
•  Question and Answer Session
•  Course Review and Examination
•  Individual Range Time (all necessary equipment will be provided)
Course Length: 8 hours (lunch included)
Corporate, private, and women's only classes available upon request.
